The Grub

You stumbled upon our Menu page, congrats! Here you will find our offerings, to you, of our hand crafted goodness; Our pizza dough is painstakingly made every day, using only the highest quality ingredients, and of course, lots of love. Our salads and pizza toppings cut fresh every morning, never frozen. From homemade sauces, to fresh grated mozzarella cheese, it is our intent at the Hot Tomato to make sure you have the most delicious pizza experience, each and every time you come in.

We exclusivey carr beers on tap from New Belgium brewery. With 8 (count em’, 8!) beers, we are sure to have one you will love. Besides the favorites, we are proud to offer 2 taps of New Belgiums ‘Lips of Faith’ craft brews. ‘Lips of Faith’ are available in small batches only, so we are lucky to be one of a few establishments to carry them.

Fat Tire

Named in honor of NB’s founder Jeff's bike trip through Belgium. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Jeff found the Belgian approach freeing. Upon his return,

 

    Snapshot

    Snapshot is a great beer for trouncing thirst. Yet, it has a depth of character that inspires a quiet moment’s reflection. Snapshot swirls in the mouth with ripples of orange peel tartness.

      Born of a flood and centuries-old Belgian text, 1554 Enlightened Black Ale uses a light lager yeast strain and dark chocolaty malts to redefine what dark beer can be. In 1997, a Fort Collins flood destroyed the original recipe found in the library. S

       

        Blue Paddle

        Climb on in and grab a paddle. Our first foray into lagered beers, Blue Paddle Pilsener-Lager, is a Czech style pilsener with a refreshing crispness from noble hops and a rich, malty finish. ‘Blue Paddle’ refers to the implement our warehouse manager

          So, here it finally is – New Belgium’s foray into the true American India Pale Ales. Bring out the hops! This clear amber beauty bursts at the starting gate with an abundance of hops: Cascade (citrus), Chinook (floral/citrus), and Simcoe (fruity) lea

            Not to be so lacking in class, we now carry an assortment of bottled wines. Nothing local here though, we
            headed down to our neighbors below us and came back with some of the hottest wines from South America
            right now.
